Meet The Physicians

Dr. Pisciotta

​

Dr. Vincent Pisciotta graduated from Louisiana State University Medical Center in 1990. His residency training was at LSU Medical Center Department of Otolaryngology and at the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. He completed his residency in June of 1997 and became Board Certified.

​

He is a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Otolaryngology and was elected into the National Registry of “Who’s Who” in the United States.

​

In his free time, Dr. Pisciotta enjoys fishing and attending LSU sporting events. He and his wife, Michelle, have five children and reside in Biloxi.

Dr. Bratton

​

Dr. Clay Bratton graduated from Louisiana State University in 1995. His residency training was at LSU Medical Center. Dr. Bratton completed his residency in June of 2001 and joined the practice of Dr. Harrell Pace and Dr. Vincent Pisciotta on July 1, 2001.

​

Dr. Bratton was chosen Intern of the Year by the medical staff of the Medical Center of Louisiana in 1996 and was named Best Second-Year General Surgery Resident by the General Surgery Department in 1997.

​

Dr. Bratton enjoys fishing, hunting and watching his children play sports. He and his wife, Roxanne, have three boys and reside in Biloxi.

Dr. Wineski

​

Dr. Robert Wineski completed his undergraduate at Harvard University in 2013 and his medical education at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2018.  His residency training was completed at University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center in June of 2023.  Dr. Wineski joined CENTA in September of 2023. Dr. Wineski is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology and International Surgical Sleep Society.  Dr. Wineski enjoys hiking and golfing.  He and his wife, Allison have one child and reside in their hometown of Ocean Springs.

Dr. Graham

​

Dr. Jamie Graham received her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of South Alabama.  She received a Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Southern Mississippi.  Dr. Graham completed her externship at a private practice, ENT 4 Children, in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.  She has years of experience with both pediatric and adult population patients.  She specializes in diagnostic audiological testing, hearing aids, bone conduction devices, and cochlear implants (Inner Ear).  She joined CENTA in July of 2023.  Dr. Graham enjoys reading, baking, and spending time outside.  She and her husband, Christian, have one child and reside in Long Beach.

Memorie Gaughf, FNP

​

Memorie Gaughf is a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in disorders of the ears, nose, and throat at Coastal ENT who collaborates with Dr. Vincent Pisciotta.  She began her nursing career 20 years ago at Garden Park Medical Center. She completed her Bachelor of Nursing at Mississippi University for Women in Columbus, Mississippi and then pursued her Master of Science in Nursing, graduating with honors, at Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi. She is involved in the entire continuum of care for Dr. Pisciotta’s patients and you will see her in the office and the hospital.

 

Memorie is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing.

 

Memorie and her husband Del of 22 years, reside in Gulfport with their three children.  They are members of Harvest Baptist Church.

 

Memorie believes in serving people and supporting the community in which she and her family reside.
